OH! OCTOBER.

I just realised this afternoon that it's the 1st of October.

Holy Fuck.

This afternoon I decided to go for a bit of a log ride despite the cyclonic winds & the weather turning a little chilly.

ACCESS TO THE RANDOM,man.

Tiny perfect little point waves protected from wind, delicious enough to dance along & only 2 of us out.Whilst out there I saw 3 whales passing by,amazing. They were a few kilometres out,but you could clearly see them breaching.
People were up on the headland cheering & taking photos on their phones of specks splashing on the horizon.People are weird.

Driving home drenched in sea water & in bliss I witnessed one of the most beautiful sunsets I've seen for a while. So intense & a gorgeous end to the start of this month.
Please be kinder to me October than September was.
Pretty Please.

Heath's at Bangalow.

Over the weekend D & I set off down the coast road & after
driving for hours we ended up back at Tallows.
We're a little bit addicted.
On Saturday we wandered inland to pick
up some fresh fruit & vege supplies at the Bangalow Farmers Markets.
I've been on a bit of a mission to find 2 old wooden crates for my market stall & whilst perusing the delicious + fresh goodness at the Farmers Markets,we stumbled upon a gorgeous old shop filled to the brim with an eclectic mix of old wares,a fluffy cat fella called Zeb & a huge range of elderly wooden crates stacked up high to the ceiling.
D & I got lost amongst the amazing collection, all for sale, that Ross & Eva have acquired over the years.I was almost on the verge of a orgasm over the intensely awesome mix of pieces that I wish I was rich enough to purchase.
We had a yarn with Eva & watched as Zeb the resident cat-man frolicked around the glass bottles & relished the attention + pats from kids passing through.
If you're in Bangalow & a fan of the old & unique I highly
recommend you drop in & get lost in the store.

broken feathers

I like birds,they're cool.
Lately I've been getting my craft on & creating
some birdy ladidahs,ya' know?
The Winter Owl sketch is 1 of 3 illustrations I'm going to
print onto a set of cards which I'll be selling
for a few clams at my online store + The Village Markets.
